About The 2011 Western Conference on Safety

Welcome to the 2011 (16th Annual) Western Conference on Safety, Western Canada’s largest occupational health and safety event. Each year, members of the conference organizing committee search throughout North America seeking out the best topics and speakers and bringing them to the Western Conference on Safety.
Last year was our 6th year hosting the conference at the Hyatt Regency Vancouver and more than 1000 people came out to participate.
WCS'11 is hosted by the Pacific Safety Center Ltd.
The conference includes a blend of seminars aimed at everyone from the new safety committee member to the most experienced safety professional. With over 20 sessions, keynote presentations, a 70+ booth tradeshow and more than 1000 attendees, this conference has something for everyone.
