Managing Contractor Safety
WorksafeBC and the court systems have been putting an increased
focus on owner responsibility for sub-contractors safety performances.
If your organization hires contractors or subcontractors it
is critical that you understand who the “owner” is,
what the owners responsibilities are and the responsibilities
of the contractor. This session will guide you through the
regulatory maze and provide you with tools to better manage
contractor safety.
